This is a stunning little creature in a most pleasant color blue. Those not familiar with the SS, it is more in the lines of a Grand Prix racer. Single windshield with torpedo shaped head rest, gives this car a zoom, zoom look that would let it blend well with the European race courses. This is not the everyday Corvette.
AutoArt uses its magic mixture of diecast metal and plastic to make this a very nice detailed model. The interior and seats are a very nice touch and what you would expect from AutoArt. Likewise, the paint is always a cut above, and it shows in this model too. The wheels are as good as you can make them, 1957 was not known for exotic wheels. The motor is a dashing array of wires and AutoArt's talented paint techniques.
This car is a must if you are a Corvette fan. And if you like getting more than you paid for, AutoArt again comes through with a model that could sell for twice the money.
