Stuffing an AMG-tweaked 6.3L V8 into a little mid-sized sedan seems like a recipe for suicide for someone of the demographics that Obama would like to tax out of existence.
I guess that's one way of insuring one can take it with them. Granted that the brakes and suspension are also mightily beefed up, but for these snow scenes, one would hope the extras include the "4-matic" system or this puppy ain't going nowhere until the spring thaw.
This model is classic AUTOart. I love their intricate replication of the different light groups. The headlamp "eyelids" offer an interesting look on what is a rather predictable body style. I can't get over how the headlamps on these new cars are actually smaller in diameter than the foglamps.
Aa continues to improve their interiors by designing the casting sprues for the components so assemblies like the dash are finally flash free. Mold alignments and crispness are also top notch. It's difficult to photograph given an interior done in light absorbing black, but you can still see the quality in both the build and the tampo'd paint detailing is right on register.
Reviewing AUTOart models these days begin to sound like a broken record (or a skipping CD for you young'uns). Panel fit and shutlines are tight, the glazing is optical quality. Scripts and badging are in metal and micro detailed. The generic tires are realistically scuffed. Overall, this model looks ready to hit the highway. It's a quality replica of this piece of Teutonic Muscle.
