This version of the CMC Ferrari 250 GT Competizione comes without a racing number. It is not associated with a specific racing performance. Compared to the street version, the "Competizione" has been altered in these ways:
- Bumpers removed
- Additional front air inlets forcooling of the disk brakes
- Big 16 inch wheel 6.00 x 16 (front) and 6.50 x 16 (rear)
- Unique exhaust pipes with chromed SNAP extractors
- Undercarriage including cover plate
- Quick lifting jacks in the front
- Movable racing tank quick opening / closing device (no fuel tank cap)
- Rearranged trunk with larger tank (130 liters) and removable spare wheel
- Door side trim panel uncovered (without window crank mechanism)
- Carburetor system with open induction funnels and air shield
