Both the Diecast Car Collectors Zone and Legacy Stores value your trust in us. We will do everything in our power to constantly and consistently earn that trust.
You can trust us to respect your privacy.
We will use our best efforts to ensure that any personal information you submit to us remains private, and is only used for the purposes of carrying out your wishes.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
To take advantage of many of the features on the Zone and to purchase items and collect points on Legacy Stores, we require registration. Registration asks you to disclose certain personal information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, which hopefully deters visitors from abusing the Forums and Bulletin Board. If you wish to make purchases, to pay dues, or to sell auction items, we also require disclosure of valid credit card information.
This personal information will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent, unless a) we determine that we are legally bound to do so or b) we make it apparent that such disclosure is required to provide you the service you requested.
We may from time to time use this information to make you aware of additional services provided through the Zone and Legacy Stores which may be of interest to you. You may ask that we refrain from sending you such information, by email request to CUSTOMER CARE
INFORMATION ABOUT ALL USERS
For the purposes of continuously improving our sites and to provide reports to advertisers or partners, we gather user information in the aggregate. From this information, nothing can be inferred about you personally, but rather activity, preferences and characteristics of all site users.
We employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies - proven by standard use in e-commerce websites.
The Diecast Zone makes several "message boards" available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
We have taken steps to disclose email addresses of users posting on the forums only to site registrants as a deterrent to abuse.
For your convenience, we use "cookies" technology. Cookies are tiny bits of code, usually stored in a user's computer hard drive, that allows a website to "personalize" itself for each user. They are required for our useful AUTOFILL feature that automatically fills in your personal information when it's needed. This can be a real time-saver. No other company has access to our cookies.
