This is the 1965 SHELBY COBRA 427 S/C #198 in 1:18 scale by Shelby Collectibles.

ACME Exclusive
The Winningest and Fastest Cobra of All Time!

This is a very special Shelby 427 Cobra. It is the winningest 427 Cobra of all time, driven by Dick Smith in SAAC. It also set the fastest speed of any 427 Cobra in history at 198.047 mph at Daytona International Speedway in 1967 driven again by Dick Smith. You’re probably already aware that his “#198” trademark livery represents his top speed (198 mph), clocked and eternally etched into Cobra racing history… as the highest speed ever officially recorded for a Cobra roadster…in 1967 at Daytona International Speedway. The car is now kept at the Riverside International Automotive Museum after being sold for over $2,000,000.

This exquisite model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish.

Other features include:

  • Extremely Detailed Engine
  • Moveable and Steerable Front Wheels
  • Accurate and highly detailed Interior and Chassis
  • Opening Doors, Trunk and Hood
