The model was unveiled during the 2017 Autoclastica Milan fair. Personally, we believe that this F40 represents one of the most fascinating automotive creations ever made on the face of the Earth. It's truly astonishing that no one has ever opted for this color before.
BBR has decided to kickstart a new collaboration with Kyosho, starting with this exceptional model, a "Born in Saronno" F40. The development of this project between BBR and Kyosho has been in progress for several months, based on molds originally conceived many years ago but now reworked and modernized. We can confidently assert that this is the most extraordinary Die-Cast scale model of the Ferrari F40 currently available on the market.
The suspension functions flawlessly, the headlights open like those of the real car, and the interiors have been completely revamped, with a faithful reproduction of Kevlar and a dashboard that reflects the effect of Alcantara. Each model is produced in a limited and numbered edition, with only 300 units available. This model has been entirely produced by Kyosho, under BBR's license.
This is the only fully opening 1/18 scale Abetone green Ferrari F40 on the market. It is a genuine collector's item for F40 enthusiasts.
