This is the BMW V12 LM No.1 BMW Motorsport 24H Le Mans 1998 H-J. Stuck – T. Christensen – S. Soper in 1:43 scale by Spark.

The BMW V12 LM No. 1 of BMW Motorsport competed in the 1998 24 Hours of Le Mans with an elite driver lineup of Hans-Joachim Stuck, Tom Kristensen, and Steve Soper. Stuck was a legendary German endurance racer and one of the most experienced prototype drivers of his generation, while Kristensen was already showing the ability that would make him the “Mr. Le Mans” record holder, and Soper was a highly accomplished touring car and sports car racer. The V12 LM was unique as BMW’s first purpose-built Le Mans prototype, featuring a lightweight carbon-fiber chassis, advanced aerodynamics, and a powerful 6.0-liter BMW V12 engine derived from the successful McLaren F1 GTR program. Designed specifically for high-speed endurance racing, its long-tail bodywork and efficient aerodynamic package were engineered for maximum speed on the Mulsanne Straight, making it a landmark step in BMW’s return to top-level prototype racing.
