This is the BRM P153 No.1 Winner Belgian GP 1970 Pedro Rodriguez in 1:43 scale by Spark.

At the 1970 Belgian Grand Prix, Pedro Rodríguez drove the No.1 BRM P153 to a brilliant victory at the ultra-fast Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Rodríguez, widely regarded as one of the greatest wet-weather and endurance racers of his generation, was known for his fearless commitment and remarkable car control at high speeds. What set the BRM P153 apart from other race cars was its powerful 3.0L V12 engine, which delivered a distinctive exhaust note and tremendous straight-line speed on Spa’s long, flat-out sections. Combined with its sturdy chassis and aerodynamic refinement for the era, the P153 proved highly competitive on fast circuits, allowing Rodríguez to master one of Formula 1’s most dangerous tracks in commanding fashion.
