Based on the 996-generation 911 GT3 RS, this car marked an important evolution of Porsche’s GT racing philosophy, featuring a lightweight body, improved aerodynamics, and the legendary 3.6-liter naturally aspirated Mezger flat-six engine derived from Porsche’s racing prototypes.
