The 2026 Italian Grand Prix helmet worn by Andrea Kimi Antonelli was a special tribute to Italian motorsport legend Valentino Rossi. Designed by renowned helmet artist Aldo Drudi with Rossi's involvement, its striking green, white and red Italian tricolour graphics were inspired by the helmet Rossi wore when he won the 2002 Italian Grand Prix at Mugello. The design features 22 playful illustrations celebrating Italian culture, including pizza, espresso, pasta and the national football team, along with Antonelli's signature No. 12 karting reference. On the back, a special illustration shows Rossi carrying Antonelli on his shoulders, symbolizing the friendship and admiration between the two champions. It was a fitting celebration of Antonelli's Italian heritage and his home race at Monza.
