This is the NASCAR Next Gen Garage 56 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 #24 Hendrick Motorsports Test Car in 1:18 scale by Topspeed.

The NASCAR Next Gen “Garage 56” Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 #24—built by Hendrick Motorsports—was a headline-grabbing test entry designed to bring NASCAR to Le Mans in 2023. Rather than racing competitively, the car aimed to simply finish the iconic 24‑hour marathon, showcasing its Next Gen stock-car DNA blended with endurance upgrades like headlights, a larger fuel cell, carbon-ceramic brakes, and Goodyear racing tires.Driven by a superstar lineup—Jimmie Johnson, seven-time NASCAR champion; 2009 F1 World Champion Jenson Button; and Le Mans winner Mike Rockenfeller—it consistently matched GT-class lap times until a driveline issue slowed them yet still completed 285 laps (~2,413 miles), finishing 39th overall. What made this “race” unique wasn’t podium glory but crossover innovation—a NASCAR stock car taking on the likes of hybrid prototypes, reviving the spirit of Garage 56 by proving that NASCAR’s Next Gen machinery could endure the world’s greatest endurance test.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are
exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
